(aa) To promote and assist, financially or otherwise, corporations, firms, syndicates, associations, individuals, and others; to become a member of any partnership or a party to any lawful agreement for sharing profits or to any union of interests, agreement for reciprocal concessions, joint venture, or co-operation or mutual trade agreement with any person, association, partnership, co-partnership, firm or corporation that is carrying on, or engaging in or that is about to engage in any business which this Company is authorized to carry on, or that is conducting or transacting any business capable of being conducted so as directly or indirectly to benefit this Company;
（aa）在财政或其它方面，促进和帮助各类公司、商号、财团、协会、个体及其它单位，争取通过合法协议成为其伙伴关系，以分享利润；争取成为利益团体的一员，达成一致互惠协议；坚持与任何个体、协会、合伙企业、合作关系、商号或公司一起开展、从事或进行公司授权的所有商业活动：包括合资、合作或相互贸易协定；能够管理或办理所经营的任何业务，以便直接或间接使公司受益。
b) To purchase or by any other lawful means acquire and protect, prolong and renew, throughout the world any patents, patent rights, copyrights, trade marks, processes, protections and concessions which may appear likely to be advantageous or useful to the Company and to use and turn to account and to manufacture under or grant licenses or privileges in respect of the same, and to expend money in improving or seeking to improve any patents, inventions or rights which the Company may acquire or propose to acquire;
b) 通过购买或其他方式获得、保护、延长并重申一切有益于或有利于本公司的专利、专利权、版权、商标、工艺程序、保护措施及让步政策，并根据其进行运作、开发、发放执照、授予其特权进行生产。出资致力于寻求和完善公司可能得到或计划得到的任何专利、发明或其他权利。
(cc) To invest the moneys of the Company upon such investments (other than shares in the Company) or property in such manner as may from time to time be determined and to the same extent as natural persons might or could do, to purchase or otherwise acquire and to hold, own, maintain, work, develop, sell, lease, exchange, hire, convey, mortgage or otherwise dispose of and deal in, lands and leaseholds, and any interest, estate and rights in real property, and any personal or mixed property and any franchises, rights, licenses or privileges necessary, convenient or appropriate for any of the purposes herein expressed;
（cc）象自然人一样随时决定将本公司不急需的资金用于投资，购买或通过其他方式获得、持有、拥有、保留、生产、开展、出售、出租、兑换、租用、转让、抵押、处理或经营土地、租赁物、其他不动产产权、个人或混合财产、产权、必要的执照及特权，以及此处所提及的一切有益于公司发展的权利或特权。
(dd) To subscribe or contribute to, set up, establish, conduct and carry on research institutions, hospitals, schools, universities and places of learning, charities of all kinds and descriptions for the benefit of the inhabitants or residents of any part of the world;
（dd）赞助或捐助资金，在世界各地建立、设置、建设和开设便于当地居民学习的研究机构、医院、学校、大学等各种学习场所和慈善机构。
(ee) To enter into any arrangements for profit-sharing with any of the directors or employees of the Company or of any company in which the Company may for the time being hold a share or shares (subject to the consent and approval of such company). To grant sums by way of bonus or allowance to any such directors or employees or their dependents or connections, and to establish or support, or aid in the establishment and support, of provident and gratuity funds, associations, institutions, schools or conveniences calculated to benefit directors or employees of the Company or its predecessors in business or any companies in which the Company owns a share or shares or the dependents or connections of such persons, to grant pensions and to make payments towards insurance;
（ee）与本公司任何董事或员工或其他公司（经该公司同意批准，本公司持有该公司的股份）签订分红协议以开展公司的业务；奖励或补贴这些董事或员工及其家属或亲属；建立、支持或帮助建立或支持各种有利于本公司、本公司前身或本公司持有股份的公司的董事、员工及其家属或亲属的基金、协会、机构、学校或其他便民机构；对其发放养老金、支付保险费。
(ff) To sell the business or undertaking of the Company or any part thereof, including any shares, stock, bonds, debentures, mortgages, or other obligations or securities, or any or either of them, patents, trade marks, trade names, copyrights, licenses or authorities or any estate, rights, property, privileges or assets of any kind;
（ff）出售本公司的全部或任何部分业务或担保，包括任何全部或部分的股份、股票、债票、债券、抵押、其他债务或有价证券、专利、商标、商品名、版权、执照、权力或房产、权利、所有物、特权或任何财产。
(gg) To accept payment for the business or undertaking of the Company or any part thereof, or for any property or rights sold or otherwise disposed of or dealt with by the Company, either in cash, by installments or otherwise, or in shares or bonds of any company, or corporation, with or without deferred or preferred rights in respect of dividends or repayment of capital or otherwise, or by means of a mortgage, or by debentures, debenture stock or mortgage debentures or bonds of any company or partly in one mode and partly in another and generally on such terms as the Company may determine;
（gg）接受公司全部或部分业务或担保的所有开支以及公司出售或处理财产或权利的款项，可以通过现金、分期付款、其他公司或企业分股、债票（无论其在获得股息或偿还股本时是否有递延权或优先权）或其他方式支付，如：任何公司的债券、债券股或抵押债券及债票（可部分为此种方式，部分为另一种方式，但总体上，所有条件均由公司决定）。
(hh) To procure the Company to be registered or recognized in any country or place outside the Colony of Hong Kong;

(ii) To draw, make, accept, endorse, discount, execute and issue bills of exchange, promissory notes, debentures and other negotiable or transferable instruments;
